Published by Darwich Technologies LLC for StitchoMR (macOS 15 or later, Apple silicon; PES and DST export).

StitchoMR for macOS is proprietary software published by Darwich Technologies LLC. It includes open-source and other third-party components, each licensed under its own licence. Nothing in the StitchoMR End User License Agreement limits the rights those licences give you. This page is a notice. It is not one of the documents you agree to at checkout.

2. Libraries under the GNU Lesser General Public License

These libraries are separate, dynamically loaded files in the application bundle. We have not changed their source code. The binaries are the builds published by their projects, reduced to the Apple-silicon architecture. You may modify these libraries and run StitchoMR with your modified versions.

3. Source code

The corresponding source code for these libraries is available to anyone who holds a copy of StitchoMR. The exact upstream archives, with their SHA-256 checksums, are:

Our offer. You can download the source from the links above, or ask us for it in writing at support@stitchomr.com or by post to Darwich Technologies LLC, 4014 Medina Road #1159, Akron, OH 44333, United States, and we will send it by download link or on physical media for no more than the reasonable cost of the medium. This offer stays open for as long as the version you hold can be downloaded from us, and for at least three years after we last distribute that version.

4. Replacing the libraries

Step-by-step instructions for macOS on Apple silicon are at https://stitchomr.com/open-source/replace-libraries. They describe copying the application, replacing the library files, and re-signing your copy with your own signature. A copy you have modified is not an official build, our signature does not cover it, and we do not support it.

Open-source components are provided under their own licences, which disclaim warranties as those licences state.
