Refund Policy
Published by Darwich Technologies LLC for StitchoMR (macOS 15 or later, Apple silicon; PES and DST export).
Effective date: October 30, 2026. Document set version: 2026-10-30-S15. Your subscription is sold through Link, which processes payments and refunds. This policy states what we will do; it does not limit any refund right you have under Link's terms, your card issuer's rules or applicable law.
1. Our refund promise
- First payment: 14 days. If you ask within 14 days after your first payment for a subscription, we will refund that payment in full for any reason.
- Monthly renewals: 3 days. If you ask within 3 days after a monthly renewal charge, we will refund that renewal charge in full.
- Counting days. Days are counted from the date of the charge shown on your Link receipt.
- Ordinary cancellation. If you cancel, the subscription ends at the end of the billing period you have already paid for and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not trigger an automatic refund, and we do not give a pro-rated refund for the unused part of that period.
- Closing your account. Closing your account does not by itself refund any payment. A refund is available only as this policy states.
- Access we end early or do not provide. If we suspend or end your access before the end of a paid period by mistake, because of our own breach or error, or for any reason other than your breach (including if we stop offering StitchoMR or close the Services), we will refund the unused part of that billing period, pro rata. The same applies if we fail to provide the saving and export access you paid for because of our own error.
- Paused billing. If we pause billing on your subscription, saving and export stop while billing is paused. If we pause billing for a reason other than a payment problem or your breach of our terms, the remedy in the previous bullet applies.
- After those periods we do not give pro-rated refunds for unused time, except as stated above, or where Link grants a refund under its terms or the law requires one.
- Rights under the law where you live. If the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw from or cancel your purchase and get a refund (for example a cooling-off period for online purchases), or a remedy where the software does not work as described, you keep that right in addition to this policy. Ask as section 3 describes. Stripe states that Managed Payments applies regional cooling-off periods where they are required.
A refund covers the full amount charged, including tax.
2. Refunds Link can grant
Link, as merchant of record (see Terms of Service, section 5), has its own authority to grant refunds and can review refund requests made within 60 days of a purchase. Its stated grounds are: the product was not received; it is significantly not as described or unfit for its purpose; it is damaged or corrupted; or the payment was unauthorized or a duplicate. Link states that it does not review requests based on a change of mind or on unused subscription time. Link says a review it handles can take up to five business days. If Link asks us for information about a request, we respond promptly. Under the terms of Stripe's Managed Payments service, Link may refund a payment without our input if we do not answer its request within 48 hours.
3. How to ask
Email support@stitchomr.com from your account email with the date and amount of the charge, or contact Link support from your Link account. We read refund requests by hand and decide them under this policy. We will tell you the result. We make no commitment about how quickly we answer. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Link. Your bank may need several more days to show the money. Link, as merchant of record, handles payments, receipts, tax and card disputes; we can see your subscription status and identifiers, not your card details.
4. What happens to your access after a refund
- A refund never causes a billing hold. This includes a refund that Link issues at your request.
- A full refund of the charge for your current billing period ends your subscription. Access that depended on that payment ends. You can subscribe again at any time.
- Other refunds. A partial refund does not end your subscription. A refund of an earlier billing period does not end it either. If we cannot tell which billing period a refund belongs to, we review it ourselves before changing your access.
- What does cause a billing hold. Only (a) a payment dispute or chargeback that is open, (b) a dispute that has been decided against you, and (c) a finding by us, after review, that a payment was made without the account holder's permission.
- What a billing hold does. Saving and export are turned off, and you cannot start a new subscription. A computer that is online stops saving and exporting within about 5 minutes. A computer that is offline can keep going until its current licence check runs out, which is up to 72 hours. Your files stay yours and remain on your computer. You can still cancel any subscription at any time.
- When it ends. When a dispute is decided in your favour or withdrawn, the hold that the dispute caused is lifted automatically, if nothing else is open on your account. A hold after a dispute decided against you, or one set after our review of a payment made without permission, is lifted only after we review it manually. To ask about a hold, write to support@stitchomr.com.
5. Payment disputes
You are always free to contact your card issuer. Contacting us first is often faster, but disputing a charge does not affect your legal rights. While a dispute is open, saving and export are turned off on your account, and the hold ends as set out in section 4.
6. Other rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your card agreement, the laws of your state, or the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
