Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel

Neither route needs a phone call, a chat, or an email to us.

1. From your StitchoMR account (the route we guarantee). Sign in at https://stitchomr.com/account and choose "Cancel subscription". If that button is not shown, choose "Manage billing" and cancel in the Stripe billing portal instead.
2. Through Link. Link may also let you manage the subscription. Cancelling with your StitchoMR account is the route we guarantee. If you cancel with Link, check what Link tells you about when it ends, and tell us at support@stitchomr.com if you do not receive a confirmation.

If you cannot use either route, email support@stitchomr.com from your account email and we will cancel it for you.

2. When it takes effect

Cancelling through your StitchoMR account ends the subscription at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep saving and PES/DST export until that period ends. You are not charged again. We will email you a confirmation.

Cancelling stops renewal. It does not trigger an automatic refund of the current billing period, and we do not give a pro-rated refund for the unused part of it. See the Refund Policy for when refunds are available, including any right to withdraw or cancel that the law where you live gives you.

3. We will not stand in the way

We do not interrupt cancellation with offers, surveys you must complete, or extra steps. If you started the subscription online you can end it online.

4. Billing hold does not block cancellation

If your account is on billing hold (see the Refund Policy), you can still cancel your subscription at any time.

5. After the period ends

These stop working: saving project files; PES and DST export; saving to the design library; copying, cutting and duplicating designs; and autosave and recovery snapshots. You can still open the application and open, view, edit and preview designs, but you cannot save your changes or export them. You keep every file you created or exported. You may subscribe again at any time (unless your account is on billing hold).

6. Related actions

• Removing your payment method in Link or the portal does not cancel a subscription.
• Deleting a Link account does not cancel your StitchoMR subscription. Cancel first.
• Closing your StitchoMR account is a separate request (see the Privacy Policy). Closing it ends your access to saving and export when the account is closed and does not by itself refund payments. To keep access to the end of the paid period, cancel the subscription first and close the account afterwards.
