Support and Compatibility Terms

1. Supported system

• Mac computers with Apple silicon (arm64) running macOS 15 or later. Every other system is not supported.
• You download StitchoMR as a signed and notarized installer from your account page while you have an active subscription. The application does not update itself; new versions appear on your account page.

2. Supported export formats

• PES and DST are the supported export formats. The application reads each exported file back to check it before reporting success.
• No other export formats are offered, and none is part of the subscription.

3. Machines and materials

Results on a particular machine, hoop, fabric, stabilizer, thread and needle cannot be guaranteed. Test on suitable material before production. No machine manufacturer endorses or certifies StitchoMR, and StitchoMR is not affiliated with Apple or Brother. Raised Satin and 3D Puff Satin are experimental and have not been physically tested on a sewing machine.

4. Getting help

• Email support@stitchomr.com from your account email. Include the application version (shown in the application), your macOS version, and the steps that led to the problem.
• Support is handled by email by Darwich Technologies LLC. We reply on a best-effort basis and make no response-time or resolution-time commitment. Billing hold questions and refund requests are decided by us under the Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms and the Refund Policy.
• Please do not send passwords, payment details, private documents, photographs or embroidery files unless we ask for them through a secure method.
• Link, the merchant of record, handles payments, tax, receipts and card disputes for StitchoMR purchases and can also be contacted for those matters; product, licence and technical questions come to us.
• Refund periods and how to ask are in the Refund Policy: first payment 14 days, monthly renewal 3 days.

5. Updates and older versions

We may release updates that add features, fix defects or respond to changes in macOS. We will give reasonable notice before we stop supporting an older macOS version or an older version of the application.

6. What support does not cover

Export formats other than PES and DST, damage to fabric, thread, garments or machines, results on machines we have not tested, and use outside the supported system.
