Website Privacy Notice

What this website offers

This website provides product information, examples, and documentation. It does not provide customer account registration, sign-in, checkout, subscriptions, software downloads, support submission forms, or customer APIs. The Contact page lets you request the publisher’s business contact details; it does not send a support request or create an account. StitchoMR customer services are not yet available through this website.

Information processed to deliver and protect the website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process connection and request information, which can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, request time, and security signals, to route, deliver, and protect network traffic. Cloudflare describes its processing in its Privacy Policy. Processing and retention can depend on the services and account settings in use; this notice does not promise a particular retention period or processing location.

If you choose “View Contact Details,” the website sends a same-origin request to its Worker. The Worker uses the connection IP as a rate-limit key and returns the owner-approved business contact details without writing the IP or request into an application database. Cloudflare’s network and rate-limiting services may process the request information as part of operating the service.

Email to the business

If you choose to email Darwich Technologies LLC, the company and its email providers receive the information you include so they can handle your inquiry. Please do not email passwords, payment information, private documents, embroidery designs, or photographs. Email may be retained as a business communication under the company’s handling practices and applicable requirements.

Embroidery designs and photographs

This informational website has no upload feature. The website does not receive your embroidery projects or photographs. Desktop software functionality is described on the product pages; customer account and cloud services are not currently offered here.

Cookies, analytics, and storage

The website’s own published page assets do not include advertising or analytics scripts, and its site code does not set analytics cookies or use browser local or session storage. Cloudflare, browser, or network security features may use technical storage or process security data.

Privacy requests

For a privacy question or request, use the business email link on the Contact page and begin the subject with “Privacy request.” Darwich Technologies LLC will review the request, ask only for information reasonably needed to understand and verify it, and respond under the requirements that apply to the request. Do not email identity documents or sensitive account credentials unless the company first provides a secure method.

Changes and contact

This notice may be updated when the website, provider configuration, or applicable requirements change. The Contact page provides the publisher’s owner-confirmed phone and mailing address on request. The mailing address is a mailing location, not a walk-in office.
